The client’s family had recently purchased a Georgian style home that had been a rental property for over a decade. The décor was 1990s modern/contemporary; not in line with the traditional architecture. The client wanted the design to better align with the architecture and create a modern and comfortable family home.

No major renovations were needed; the needs were primarily aesthetic. All flooring, light fixtures, window treatments, and paint were updated. The kitchen required a facelift. Light receptacles and light fixtures as well as custom millwork were added.
