An empty nest couple purchased a new west-facing lakeside condo and desired help renovating the condo as well as developing a new design scheme for the total space – this included purchasing all new furniture, fixtures and accessories for the whole home based on an updated design concept. The kitchen and both bathrooms were very dated and lacked the function expected in modern life. The other rooms were very basic – new laminate floor, white walls, builder-grade fixtures from the early 2000s.

Each of the clients had unique style tastes and goals that we worked to meld together into a harmonious design plan. The result is an upscale yet comfortable home with subtle hints at lakeside living.
